Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies
Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations
Implement Salesforce design solutions including system integrations and data analytics
Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers
Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipeline
Test and debug complex software components and units.
Develop product documentation as requested
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of development experience
Proficient in Salesforce with Salesforce certification
Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices
Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
Experience in integration with other systems (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform)
Experience building data analytics solutions
Experience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline
Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills
Organized and methodical in development approach
Experience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to work proficiently with MS Office and CRM
Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math OR 10 years of comparable work experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
