Your new role
Project Focus:The successful candidate will initially contribute to the Identity and Access Management project, with the opportunity to support a variety of upcoming Salesforce projects.
What you'll need to succeed

• Elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to business challenges within Salesforce.
• Produce data-driven solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure collaborative efforts towards optimal outcomes.
• Conduct needs analysis and define business cases for projects.
• Create clear and concise documentation of requirements for stakeholder review.
• Utilize Salesforce technical skills to support project goals, including but not limited to AppExchange, automation, data management, and CRM platform utilization.

Are you the one?

• Proven experience in a Salesforce business-improvement role.
• Proven experience working within government sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and facilitating solution development.
• A good understanding of Salesforce technical aspects, such as reports, dashboards, and sales/marketing functions.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Salesforce certification(s) relevant to the business analyst role.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce projects, particularly in identity and access management.
