BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
You recommend solutions to improve general business processes and planning using an expert understanding of our structure, policies and operations. You build and lead high-performing teams and coordinate resources in an office environment while guiding company-wide business improvements.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Perform business analysis to identify interdependencies and business risks that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new products, services, processes and/or support technologies.
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals.
- Analyze business processes and identify process optimization and systems enhancement opportunities to simplify existing processes.
- Collaborate with users and IT to identify process issues that can be resolved by systems enhancement.
- Identify the broader end-to-end implications of process and system changes.
- Manage creation of reports and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful end-to-end business changes.
- Provide guidance and management advice that substantially impacts cost, efficiency, service, and quality.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required qualifications
- Experience: Two or more years of management experience; Five or more years of business analyst experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Technical skills: Skilled in developing, evaluating and documenting internal controls and processes.
- Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
Preferred qualifications
- Spectrum Enterprise Salesforce and Billing knowledge.
- Spectrum Enterprise experience and knowledge of complex products.
- Experience with Content and Knowledge Management.
- Knowledge and familiarity with process and workflow tools, technologies, and industry standards.
