Job description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our exceptional team at Capgemini Canada. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will have the chance to work on advanced projects in the telecommunications industry and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the telecommunications industry, ensuring a clear understanding of their business goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ.
- Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending Salesforce-based solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with client leadership to ensure clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to guide the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating processes in the Salesforce environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (SFI) CPQ is required.
- Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry processes and ability to tailor Salesforce solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with individuals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
