Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce CRM maintenance and build experience. In addition, proven success in Revenue Operations with the ability to use Salesforce to deliver qualitative and quantitative data to Sales leadership on sales and marketing performance. This role will involve managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes to support our sales and revenue strategies. It will also then leverage our CRM to report sales progress and funnel updates.
Responsibilities and Duties
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage, configure, and enhance our Salesforce instance to meet the needs of the sales and revenue teams.
- Ingest user and management feedback and enhancement requests for Salesforce, organize and prioritize these requests, and deliver these enhancements on time.
- Program changes and enhancements into our Salesforce instance, acting as lead developer for Salesforce.
- Manage the communication and API running between Salesforce, NetSuite and our proprietary subscription management system.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of Salesforce data.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Train and support users on Salesforce best practices and system functionalities.
Revenue Operations:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline revenue processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead management and sales performance.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting efforts.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Assist Sales leadership in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly views to Executive Leadership and the Board on sales performance and achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with developer skills enhancing the solution. (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations and sales processes.
- Experience in managing APIs/dataflows between Salesforce and other systems (NetSuite/Salesforce experience is a plus.)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Mastery of Salesforce data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to build reports and dashboards.
- Strong development skills in Salesforce and experience in Salesforce connectors and add-ons.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (MarketingCloud experience is a plus.)
