WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Are you a skilled Salesforce Administrator looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization?
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and help us optimize our Salesforce environment while enhancing user experience across the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will facilitate the administration and helpdesk support for all new and incoming users to Salesforce, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Providing input and aid in validating Salesforce marketing automation initiatives.
- Administering our sales-affiliated applications such as Dodge Construction Network and Lucid Chart.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate systems into SSO to keep licensing costs to the minimum required.
- Assisting with the scheduling and facilitation of Jensen's Customer Journey & Commercial Business Process project.
- Tracking commission for sales employees in Power BI or an integrated Salesforce App like Spiff or similar
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You enjoy working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while leveraging the following skills and experience to be successful in your position:
- Salesforce Admin certification (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems administration or analysis.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal customers to gather feedback and provide solutions.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Precast reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
