Position Title: Director, Oracle CPQ IT Service Delivery Lead
Location: Dallas
Your role
The Director, Oracle CPQ IT Service Delivery Lead will oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of CPQ solutions within our organization. This role is vital for ensuring our CPQ systems effectively support sales processes, boost productivity, and provide exceptional service to end-users. Additionally, the Director will lead a continuous improvement program to enhance the quality, consistency, and satisfaction of Oracle CPQ technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT service delivery, including managing implementation teams and internal resources, and will be adept at meeting CPQ system requirements on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CPQ solutions in partnership with business leaders and in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of CPQ specialists, developers and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery, alongside collaborating with implementation partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of CPQ services, including implementation, customization and ongoing support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all CPQ-related matters within the IT organization.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
- Provide thought and technical leadership and best practices on the Oracle/Big machines CPQ platform.
- Manage solution design to transform and migrate the businesses processes, approvals, products and best practice into Oracle CPQ
What you’ll need
- Must be a citizen or green card holder with broad experience in IT service delivery, with a strong focus on CPQ systems.
- Experience in Project delivery with Oracle CPQ/Big Machines Cloud and Salesforce
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with CPQ solutions
- End-to-End implementations with integration with CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and Partner Portals.
- Should be well versed in CPQ architecture, Salesforce, CRM architecture, and ERP Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of asset-based ordering.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Big Machines Administration, Configurators, Pricing, Commerce, Doc Engine, Selectors setup and CPQ approvals.
- Solution Design for the Integration of the Oracle CPQ Data with the rest of the Enterprise applications.
- Good knowledge of Product Configuration & Rules, Commerce Process, Document Designer, and Pricing functionality of Oracle CPQ Cloud
- Experience with cloud platforms, security, integration, and scrum agile delivery model
- Oracle CPQ certification is plus
