Job Description
The Programs Team based in Paris responsible for coordinating the Group's strategic programs and reporting directly to the CEO of Publicis Re:Sources is in charge of the financial planning and analysis of all Publicis Agencies worldwide. In a process of automation and optimization of its reports (mostly on Salesforce), the team is looking for an intern to support the GenAI & IT Teams to collaborate with Salesforce and internal Publicis Teams on the integration of Salesforce EinsteinGPT features for custom business improvement use cases.
Generative AI team at Publicis Re:Sources stands at the forefront of technological innovation within the advertising and media industry. Tasked with the development and integration of cutting-edge AI tools, this dedicated group specializes in creating sophisticated solutions for text, image, video, and audio generation, catering to the diverse needs of all agencies within the Publicis Group. Their responsibilities extend beyond mere development; they are the pivotal link between the group and a vast network of partners, including leading cloud providers, enterprise-level AI service companies, and dynamic startups in the AI space. By fostering strategic collaborations, they ensure that Publicis remains at the cutting-edge of AI technology, providing agencies with unparalleled capabilities in digital creativity and automated content generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Quality: Perform data exploration on Publicis Salesforce datasets, understand existing dashboards & reports, and be able to verify the accuracy of data generated by AI models (like summaries or search engines).
Project Management: Engage in the commercial relationship between Salesforce & Publicis, attend to weekly meetings, plan the next releases and anticipate the integration of new tools for Publicis.
LLMs & Salesforce Einstein features knowledge: Conduct comprehensive analyses to stay abreast of current trends and advancements in the field of generative AI. This involves knowledge on the most performant tools (especially on text generation), and technological survey on the latest AI tools available on Salesforce.
Prompt Engineering: Implement a POC for a chosen project, demonstrating the practical application and potential of your research. This project should highlight the innovative use of generative AI in financial planning. In this task, you will work alongside Data Scientists and IT engineers.
Tool Integration: Work closely with our IT & software development teams to integrate these AI models into user-friendly tools. The goal is to ensure seamless access and usability for all employees, regardless of their technical expertise. In this task, you will work alongside Data Scientists and IT engineers.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, strategy consulting, finance, or a related field.
A very good (written and oral) level of English is mandatory
Experience with databases & programming languages such as SQL (Python, JavaScript and/or any Salesforce language like SaQL/Apex is a plus).
Curiosity about foundation in AI and machine learning, particularly in generative models.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in AI and its application in advertising.
Proactivity and teamwork skills.
Publicis Groupe
