The Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst will collaborate with the design of the yearly compensation plan, mapping quota settings, provide sales insights, participate in running compensation. The ideal candidate must be good with numbers, detailed, organized, proficient working with data in Excel and Power BI and with great interpersonal skills as communication with different departments including the sales team is necessary. Experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Compensation Analyst or Financial Analyst required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with leadership and sales team to understand franchise goals and lead the development of opportunity reporting to identify key accounts of opportunity for growth of sales; development of advanced analytical tools for the sales team
- Track and measure key strategic initiatives identified by leadership, identify key insights and provide recommendation for action to drive sales. Partner with and provide analytical leadership to Corporate Accounts, Field Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Channel Management
- Lead the development of analyses and reporting to support the business franchise leaders and the sales teams using internal and external data and identifying market trends and conditions.
- Lead the development and implementation of industry benchmarks to access opportunity and penetration in various markets and accounts. Analyze and report performance of customers, regions, territories, market types to business leaders
- Contribute to the development of Incentive plans and objectives. Manage monthly commission calculations and communicate commission goals and achievements.
- Manage development of sales targets and provide timely communication to the sales teams with any related reporting requests.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and support to the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B. S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 3 to 5 years combined experience in business/sales/financial analytics and forecasting.
- Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills essential combined with demonstrated teamwork
- Experience in data analytics and reporting
- Experience in health care industry preferred
- Background working in or with sales and or corporate accounts
- Strong experience developing and maintaining financial models
- Strong customer service focus and prioritization skills
