Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Develop custom solutions using Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
• Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and processes.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Automation: Develop automation processes using Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality, migrations, and data integrity within Salesforce.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and fix bugs as needed.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct unit tests and collaborate with QA for system testing. Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, App Builder).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration with third-party services.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and building responsive UIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
