As a Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Developer at Foxtel Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that directly impact our service, sales, and billing processes. You will be at the forefront of maintaining the stability and scalability of our Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports customer-facing operations.

By collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders, your work will influence the overall customer experience by driving efficient, robust solutions. You’ll serve as a key technical expert, delivering outcomes that support Foxtel’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include

+ Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions to support business needs.

+ Ensure platform stability and technical governance through leadership, code reviews, and best practices.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

+ Provide Salesforce Application Support for defect fixes and configuration support

+ Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

+ Stay updated on Salesforce features and provide support for sprint planning, releases, and operational fixes.

Your background should include:

+ Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Vlocity Omniscript.

+ Demonstrated detailed experience with Vlocity tools like DataRaptor, OmniScript, CPQ, Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, Digital Commerce and Cart APIs, CPQ Hooks and Vlocity EPC.

+ Proven ability to design, implement, and support Salesforce integrations and applications.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others.

+ Success in delivering Salesforce projects in agile environments, with a focus on best practices and compliance.
