Salesforce Administrator

*MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL, HYBRID JOB IN MONTREAL*

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Testing Strategy: Define and develop the performance testing strategy and plan, including requirements (what needs to be tested), targets, and data requirements up to production.
• Technical Requirements: Specify technical requirements to ensure optimal performance across Salesforce environments.
• Technical Documentation: Document the ecosystem of technological architectures for each environment (development, QA, pre-production, and production), including required infrastructures, transfers, copies, configuration refreshes, build pipelines, and data management.
• Implementation Plan: Create and maintain implementation plans and refresh schedules, considering the needs of each project and ensuring overall consistency of configurations and data.
• Salesforce Product Configuration: Adhere to Salesforce product provisioning and configuration according to vendor requirements and Loto-Québec (LQ) standards.
• Environment Connectivity: Connect Salesforce to the LQ environment across development, QA, pre-production, and production stages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Platform Administration: Administer the Salesforce platform throughout the project lifecycle, managing and organizing updates and refreshes for all environments, including both code and data levels.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administration Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in Salesforce platform administration, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Certification: Hold the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification, showcasing your expertise and commitment to Salesforce administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

• Integrating Salesforce Modules: 5 years (preferred)
• Data Migration: 5 years (preferred)
