As we are engaging with our partner growers, we are hearted to support them in smart and sustainable farming. Grower Relationship Management is a key pillar of our core processes and therefore, we will continue to invest to be best in class.

McCain has framed and developed a first Core Model using Salesforce.com Platform to support its Grower Relationship Management at the global Level. This Core Model has been deployed to 3 Regions with a defined set of functionalities.

McCain is now embarked into the second step of implementation: deploying globally this first set of Functionalities, that covers mainly Field Team Visit activities, and enhancing this Core to fully capture the value of the investment and level up business practices.

Therefore, McCain is looking for extending its Global Agriculture Business Team, with an enthusiast Digital leader, experienced in Salesforce.com program implementation at global level. This role may sit out of any of our three corporate headquarters here in North America - Toronto, Ontario; Florenceville, New Brunswick or Oakbrook, Illinois.

Qualifications:
Academic:
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in business/ digital and data science

Nice to have:
Master of Science

Professional/Technical Accreditations/Attributes:
Must have:
Salesforce.com Certification
Global Project implementation Exp.
Business Process mapping and design
Knowledge of Design thinking
Knowledge in Product Specifications (-user stories)
Product roadmap,
Digital & Data literacy
Experience working for multiple Regions ( X-cultural exp.)
Prof. Experience in an adjacent Industry ( Food, CPG, Etc..)

Nice to have

Agriculture Industry experience
UX/UI design
Scrum master certification
Project Management Certification

Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external):

Min 4-year Experience in effective implementation of Salesforce.com platform (Example: part of a Saleforce.com practice in a consulting company or in a Competence centre in International Food/ Consumer Good company)
Minimum 2-year experience in Business Consulting/ Process mapping and design
Experience in developing business process and translating them into digital product features
Experience in setting up/ driving Community of Practices
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Experience in working with multiple Regions, at a global or Regional level
Experience in partnering with Technology Digital Delivery team from concept to final product delivery
