Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. DTD consultants are empowered to innovate, leveraging their subject matter expertise with best-of-breed and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions in Financial Management, Human Capital and Mission Support across our Defense, Homeland Security, Federal Civilian, and Intel clients. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and update the Agile Salesforce Configuration Development Plan (ASDP) that describes the planned approach, detailed end-to-end processes and procedures, and development framework.
- Provide rapid delivery in small batches, increasing the frequency and pace of releases, by applying CI/CD practices; to include planning and supporting streamlined and efficient adoption of features and/or products across end users
- Integrate security into the DevSecOps workflow in a collaborative way by employing a DevSecOps approach that maintains the security policies within the production baseline, and delivering functionality with built-in security
- Ensure all configuration and development tasks (e.g., design, BPR, sprint planning, sprint reviews) are identified in the Program Roadmap
- Collaborate with the government to agree upon PI and sprint ceremonies, to include cadence, Definition of Done, and products; it is expected that user stories will be complete during PIs
- Collaborate with the government to prioritize the program backlog and conduct continuous, iterative backlog grooming sessions to gather, elicit, understand, elaborate, and decompose the requirements; the backlog serves as the primary authoritative requirements source for all capabilities and solutions to be delivered
- Conduct reviews that, where applicable, demonstrate the work completed, identify design decisions, identify progress against the work planned, report metrics and team velocity, report blockers, address risks, issues, and corrective actions, and provides forecasts, address lessons learned, and identify improvements
- Create / update software design and interface documentation to ensure currency and completeness of the solution
- Provide Government visibility to the architecture, design, and development artifacts within the agile development tool(s)
- Meet the following compliance requirements: Clinger Cohen Act (CCA), Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority to Connect (ATC), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA), Security Impact Assessment, and ABEA
- Prepare and provide Government visibility to capability completeness and traceability via a Requirements / Capability Traceability Matrix (RTM) within the agile development tool(s), for example: Value Stream à Epic à Feature Group à Feature à User Story à Test Case
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of agile program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Candidates background should demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational design, human resources management, and training development methodologies.
- This role requires someone who can effectively translate military principles into civilian contexts, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to program management, HR and recruiting technology, and IT transformations
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are beneficial
- Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management practices through ITIL certification can be advantageous
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship with an current/active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
