What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.
• Guide in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
• Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

What you bring to the role

• Possess 7+ Years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex issues.
• Exhibit good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus

Certifications Required

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Working Arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
