What you will do:
We are looking for an Salesforce Solutions Architect who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Experience working in an Agile framework preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with the proven ability to build custom workflows, create new objects and fields, formula fields, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with emphasis on customer service, including cases and relationship management. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. Must be able to understand business processes and promptly determine business needs. Ability to partner with technical teams and understand technical details of software designs. Knowledge of Health Cloud is a significant plus. Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Highly skilled in Salesforce, Sales Cloud Enterprise Administration, reporting and dashboards. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: Salesforce ADM-201 Certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.

Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access:
The compensation for this position is $89,000 to $110,000 annually. The pay rate/salary is commensurate with experience.

What you will do:
We are looking for an Salesforce Solutions Architect who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.
- Serves as the primary system administrator for the current Salesforce deployment.
- Performs all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, enhancing and creating reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Manages data feeds and other integrations.
- Helps evaluate the severity of new issues based on business impact.
- Manages and resolves support ticket submissions.
- Assists with understanding new requests, prioritizing, solutioning, and implementation.
- Supports deployment of Salesforce to new departments using industry best practices.
- Manages and creates profiles and roles.
- Manages and creates page layouts.
- Modifies existing fields and adds new fields.
- Assists in training new users and grows the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Makes recommendations and design solutions that drive efficiency, improves user experience, expands platform utilization, and aligns with the overall company strategy.
- Supports continuous improvement through customization and automation.
- Works with the Product Owner to define requirements.
- Translates user stories into working solutions.
- Proactively identifies new opportunities to support additional business processes or functions.
- Participates in process improvements in the business operations unit by documenting requested changes and validating the results.
- Researches changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to ensure the stability of the existing solution and to provide recommendations that enhance productivity.
- Creates and maintains reporting that meets management requirements and efficiently conveys key performance indicators in multiple areas of the company.
- Participates in the creation of appropriate documentation for users, processes, approval processes, and workflow.
- Works with third-party vendors and Salesforce support to resolve issues.
- Remains current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications.
- Analyzes the impact of system problems and proposed enhancements, including system design changes, upgrades, etc., and determines if there is training or system issues.
- Works with partners to analyze the impact of new releases to configuration and system design, defines options, and implements solutions when necessary.
- Coordinates testing with internal business as needed.
- Mentors other staff in Salesforce technical skills.
