Responsibilities:

  • Primary Project Management activities and other related services to client projects as assigned.
  • Handle customer escalations, resolve issues, and provide overall project direction.
  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.
  • Act as advisor on complex issues and projects, exercising discretion and latitude in reaching project goals.
  • Understand Salesforce ecosystem and play an advisory role for internal and external resources on overall solution architecture.
  • Understand customer requirements and run discover & design sessions, provide best practices based on experience.
  • Lead the development of client-specific implementation proposals, SOWs, and RFPs.
  • Look for additional opportunities within account and upsell.
  • Hands-on role

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in delivering consulting services and team leadership
  • 3+ years’ scoping and delivering large and complex implementation projects
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence, and experience in working in a client advisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as an implementation methodology, Road-mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
