WHAT TO EXPECT
Salesforce is a key new technology component supporting several digital transformation initiatives that will enable JLR's digital backbone. To recognise the importance of Salesforce, JLR Digital has taken the opportunity to build a brand new Centre of Excellence dedicated to ensuring all capabilities relating to Salesforce are managed through once single organisation.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
As the JLR Salesforce Product Manager (CoE) your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the development of the Data Cloud technology roadmaps and investment plans within JLR to support business capabilities
- Act as a Data Cloud evangelist within the organisation, promoting and highlighting the benefits of the platform, its capabilities and services
- Identification of any Data Cloud license demand
- Product Vendor Management and contracting for Data Cloud
- Working with IDT partnering domains and business leads, identify innovation and future opportunities
- Ensure future Seasonal Releases are understood and impacted assessed for Data Cloud
- Support future discussions and plans to build CoE, especially the tools required for the Salesforce practice
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified
- Exceptional track-record of technical Data Cloud leadership where service quality & security is a priority
- Strong technical acumen and a history of informing innovative and profitable business decisions with respect to Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience of defining a long-term technology strategy within a Digital Data Cloud environment to enable end to end journey modern luxury
- Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial, pragmatic and entrepreneurial environment where pace and execution are a pre-requisite
