Salesforce Applications Architect – Remote Working Available

Express Recruitment are delighted to representing a global IT system supplier who are looking for a Salesforce Application Architect to join their growing team of professionals on a permanent basis with the option of working hybrid or remotely.

Successful candidates will lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and conduct design review sessions.

Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable), be confident with carrying out data migration and governance processes, and have excellent stakeholder management abilities with the confidence to translate business needs into architectural documents.

For the position of Salesforce Architect, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£80,000 per annum D.O.E, with performance based bonuses, and a generous benefits package including 38 days holiday yearly, enhanced sick pay scheme, 5% employer pension, life insurance scheme, and more!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations
• Work closely with internal and external development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct regular design review sessions across project portfolio
• Contribute to and adopt architectural policies, patterns, and standards
• Monitor data governance and management within Salesforce
• Ensure data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses
• Provide expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems
• Promote architectural best practises and coding standards
• Identify and algin common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimise business operations
• Provide technical mentoring and coaching to the wide Salesforce Development and Administrator teams

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce platform, with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable
• Certified Salesforce Technical/Application Architect highly desirable
• Able to confidently carry out data migration and governance processes
• Familiar with MuleSoft tool desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural documentation
