Salesforce project manager

The project manager is responsible for the maintenance of production processes as well as the delivery of improvements in production. He will have to supervise the collection of the business need and ensure the quality of the realization by the offshore team. He should be force of proposal when designing solutions and will have to ensure compliance with good salesforce architecture practices which will facilitate maintenance. Experience with Servicemax would be appreciated. Otherwise, the context of the project should allow him to increase his skills on Servicemax.

o Position of salesforce application referent, he is responsible for the proper functioning of production processes

o Responsible for incident resolution processes

o Supervision of maintenance activities by the offshore team

o privileged point of contact for the business representatives for any subject related to the maintenance of the tool and for the projects of deployments

o Facilitation of weekly meetings with business representatives to monitor activities

o Responsible for the delivery process of improvements in production

o Validates the solutions proposed by the offshore team or integrator and ensures that they respect good practices salesforce architecture that will facilitate maintenance

o Validates estimates presented by the offshore team

o Is proactive in the design of complex solutions

o Organize and monitor the test campaign for which IT is responsible

o Ensures the quality of deliveries, that they meet deadlines, standards and commitments. As such, intervene at each implementation stage.

o Follow the resolution of problems reported in user acceptance

o Animation of weekly meetings with business representatives to follow up on improvement requests and deliveries

Deliverables: Organize and monitor the test campaign for which IT is responsible.

-> Experience in maintenance management on a salesforce platform or salesforce project implementation (> 5 years)

-> Experience managing a team of salesforce developers (> 2 years)

-> Experience of a project with mobile application

-> Salesforce integration experience with other tools (ERP, customer portal, Heroku)

-> Servicemax project experience

-> Technical and functional mastery of the Salesforce solution.

-> Certifications requested: Advanced Administrator, Platform App builder

-> Ability to identify the risks related to new developments on the platform, and to identify their limits

-> Platform Developer I certification

-> Platform Developer I certification

-> Platform Developer II certification

-> Solution Architect certification

-> Technical and functional mastery of the Servicemax solution, and its Field Service Application mobile application

-> Recognized for his excellent aptitude for written and verbal communication, with a good spirit of synthesis

Vendor Salesforce Certifications to Present: Advanced Administrator, Platform App builder

Experience of projects related to the maintenance of industrial equipment

Essential professional English (CEFR level B2) & French Fluency

Behavioural qualities required -> Demonstrates integrity and attention to detail.
