Position: Salesforce Architect
Experience: 10-12 years
Technical Skills:
Salesforce integration, Data migration, API, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer 360 and Agile.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer 360.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
- Extensive experience in providing solutions to various clients.
- Expertise in Sales, Service, and Customer 360.
- Salesforce certification is required. (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
