Who Are We Looking For?

WeMaintain is looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to support its worldwide sales and engineering teams across France, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong. In this role, you will provide first-level support, ensure data accuracy, and assist users in maximizing their platform use, empowering them with the necessary knowledge and tools to utilize Salesforce fully.

What Will Your Future Role Be?

As a Salesforce Support Specialist at WeMaintain, your primary responsibility is to transform Salesforce into a valuable asset for our organization. This role includes five key areas:

  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first support line for Salesforce-related issues. Analyze problems coming from our users (mostly Sales colleagues) in France, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and resolve them by following documented procedures, running scripts, or making temporary adjustments to permissions.
  • Training & Best Practices: Conduct regular training sessions to educate users on Salesforce processes and best practices, tailoring sessions to address common issues or areas for improvement.
  • Data Quality Oversight: Monitor data input to ensure adherence to best practices. Proactively identify and correct data quality issues, guiding users on maintaining accurate records.
  • Dashboard Management: Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to the business. Ensure the data displayed is current, accurate, and relevant to our internal stakeholders: our colleagues from the Sales and Finance departments.
  • Bulk Data Actions: Assist users with bulk data operations such as imports and exports. Guide them in preparing data for bulk uploads, ensuring it is formatted correctly, executing scripts to process data changes, and verifying results for accuracy.

You Are the Right Person for Us If you bring:

    • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, reporting, and dashboards
    • Good understanding of what a sales team does daily
    • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with training and supporting users
    • Basic knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flows, etc.)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • A strong dose of curiosity and the willingness to learn

Bonus Points:

    • Sales-related experience
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • French-Language speaking skills

️ How to Apply?

At WeMaintain, we firmly believe that a cover letter is much more than a required application document. It is your chance to show us who you are beyond your CV. Your cover letter lets us understand what motivates you, why you want to join our team, and how you can contribute to our success. You can include any relevant experiences or projects related to your application. It lets us discover your personality your values, and explains why you want to pursue this profession.

Every application is read attentively, and your cover letter will make a difference by allowing us to get to know you better and understand what you can bring to our company. So take the time to write a letter representing you and showing us why you are the ideal candidate for this position!
