We're looking for a Product Manager (Salesforce) to join our Global Information Systems Team. You will be responsible for leveraging best practices, understanding internal customer needs, translating them into clear, actionable direction and working hand-in-hand with development as the voice of the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholders;
- Product roadmapping & feature prioritization;
- Understanding and documenting business processes, requirements, scenarios, pain points;
- Facilitating in developing new business processes and identifying areas for optimization;
- Analyze and propose new solutions to improve business performance;
- Translating business requirements into instructions for technical teams to execute, and clarifying any issues throughout the development process;
- Managing the agile development process, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing, and other related ceremonies;
- Change management, including the development of training materials, communication plans, launch schedules;
- Cross-functional collaboration with various product & technology teams, corporate data, Go-To-Market;
- Contribute to the overall management and development of the IS Product Management Practice, by continuously working to establish best practices and improve ways of working.
What you need to bring:
We're a team of 60 people located all over the globe (Canada, USA, EMEA, APAC). Our team is responsible for ensuring everyone across the organization has the tools and systems in place to effectively do their jobs.
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Demonstrated Product Management/Project Management or Business Analyst in the SaaS implementations;
- An impressive ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders, including an expression
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features;
- Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups;
- Show of usage of Agile Methodologies such as scrum;
- Proven ability to drive decisions, positively influence other team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects;
- Demonstrated abilities in leading design workshops, proposing solutions and building corresponding artifacts;
- Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.
