The Salesforce Technical Architect role is tasked with ensuring quality coding across all development efforts related to our Salesforce implementations. The Salesforce Technical Architect will be the first escalation point for developers when faced with complex solutions. They will also be responsible for delivery of all development technical documentation generated through the Dev Ops process. They will assist with creating comprehensive technical designs and solutions to meet the immediate and future needs of the business.

The salary target for this role is $140,000 - $160,000; this position is eligible for corporate bonus.

Primary Job Functions

Code Quality

Review and approve all development efforts for code quality, design standards, and user story completion

Lead technical review meetings for management

Remain current on technology advancements and anticipate company needs

Ensure the implementation of company architecture across products

Development Resource

Attend daily product meetings as architecture resource

Act as escalation point for development resources to address difficult solutions

Anticipate technical skills needed for development and work with technology leadership to address.

Documentation QA

Build technical level documentation for use by developers

Oversee development documentation for consistency and accuracy

Identify changes to knowledge articles early on to align with deployments

Solution Architecture

Review user story acceptance criteria and description to ensure fit for purpose

Collaborate with technology leadership to create and execute on the platform roadmap

Participate in design review sessions to create and refine solution capabilities to meet business objectives

Create prototypes to refine designs and increase development throughput

Travel Requirement of 0-5%

Education/Qualifications

At least 5+ years’ experience in delivering Salesforce projects,

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

Minimum Salesforce certified:
