A rewarding adventure as a Salesforce Administrator. The tool is deployed across 12 Soucy Group business units. Your main mission will be to improve and simplify the lives of our users by designing and implementing innovative automation solutions. As an expert advisor, you will support teams in the adoption of Salesforce, while contributing your programming know-how to connect various technological tools using the Boomi integration platform. Being customer-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions, you'll have the opportunity to help people optimize their processes and achieve their goals efficiently. In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time:
- Administer Salesforce CRM: access and security management, configuration management, report and dashboard creation, data maintenance, etc...
- Identify and track system problems through to resolution
- Monitor and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
- Create and maintain user support materials
- Advise, guide and train users to maximize adoption and effective use of Salesforce based on best practices
- Work closely with all Salesforce Experts in the various Soucy subsidiaries
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities
- Connect various technology tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll, etc.) using the Boomi integration platform
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- DEC/BAC in programming, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual (French mandatory, English intermediate for communication with colleagues and business partners)
- Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud
- Salesforce experience (an asset): Cloud Services, Marketing Cloud, CPQ
- Knowledge of Boomi integration platform (an asset)
- Excellent understanding of a manufacturing environment (ERP)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interactive online communication skills
- Team player with a sense of service and commitment
