Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Salesforce, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Salesforce Implementation:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and user training.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project alignment and decision-making.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and manage project risks, including developing mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Skills:
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and Salesforce platform tools (e.g., Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce).

Additional Requirements

• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
