What you’ll do:
The Salesforce Programmer / Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce and nCino ("Platforms") to enhance our banking operations. The role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry's regulatory and compliance standards, as well as expertise in Salesforce optimization & customization to improve efficiency and service quality. The ideal candidate will work with the business partners and agile teams to understand needs and turn them into solutions.
Technical Architecture and Design:
- Design and implement high-quality solutions on the Platforms.
- Support creation of technical roadmaps for Platforms integration within the bank’s IT ecosystem.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance with internal policies, best practice, and regulatory standards.
- Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud and managing data flow in and out of Salesforce
Development and Customization:
- Develop and customize Platforms using Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, and nCino’s specific tools
- Conduct data migration and integration activities between existing systems and Platforms.
- Develop and integrate data using best practices
- Develop and create interactive dashboards
- Implement automation processes to streamline banking operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units to define system requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders.
Maintenance and Support:
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
- Perform regular audits of the systems to ensure secure and optimal performance.
Project Management:
- Lead projects from conception to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards on time and within budget.
- Document and maintain all project issues and logs.
- Lead other team member to deliver technology solutions
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Developer.
- Certified nCino Administrator/Developer is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform.
- Strong CRM data and relational database and ELT skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with integration middleware and other banking platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of banking compliance and regulatory environments.
