What you will do

• Lead the requirement gathering workshop with the business customers
• Ability to create a solution based on client requirements (e.g. data flows, journeys, etc.)
• Hand on experience on emails, push, SMS, audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation, building journeys, customer lifecycle programs in Onshore/Offshore model.
• Cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of SFMC, including data and system management and reporting
• Lead inter-team meetings on the technical and business challenges related to customer Marketing Operations initiatives.
• Understand and map Business Processes & Challenges into our technical product suite, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution designs.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into well-designed solutions.

What you bring to the role

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud Einstein and its applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Integration and related technologies.
• Show proficiency in managing SFDC Data and ensuring data quality.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are Required.

Working Arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
