Responsibilities

  • Participate in business discussion about requirements
  • Design and Document high level architecture
  • Design and document Feature stories
  • Be responsible for technical decision within the squad
  • Participate in initiative/project solution design when needed
  • Act as a reference/SME for the team
  • To coach team member on technical aspects
  • Ensures that technical decision/guidance respect the architecture and enterprise architecture governance

Core Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate with client from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for Salesforce xxx cloud
  • Ability to design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for Salesforce client wide
  • Completed Enterprise level Salesforce Sales Cloud platform implementations
  • Work with cross-team product owners, developers and test engineers to support QA processes
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Must be versed with Apex, Visual Force Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components and Integration Patterns.
  • Must be familiar with Integrating Salesforce with other cloud based application systems using REST, SOAP API
  • Must have worked on Sales Cloud
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce multiple Cloud platform and overall 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems.
  • Experience with deployment processes and release pipelines. Eg : Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Salesforce DX
  • Good understanding of package-based deployments, Metadata API and Ant
  • Strong working knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams using agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ implementation & client-facing consulting experience is required.
  • Experience implementing solutions for 2+ unique Salesforce instances on Salesforce Sales is required
  • Experience implementing solutions for 2+ unique Salesforce instances in the Lightning Experience is required
  • Experience successfully working on engagements utilizing Agile or Iterative project methodologies (experience in both required)
  • Experience successfully completing projects with services budgets greater than $500k, timelines greater than 6 months, or greater than 100 internal users is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, with a proven ability to communicate to different audiences such as executives, managers, end users, administrators, and developers is required.
  • Experience and comfort operating in both team-oriented and individual contributor settings is required
  • Experience effectively managing multiple engagements, clients, and deadlines at the same time is required
  • An ability to act proactively and with a keen detail-oriented eye for task management, work back plans, and compartmentalizing work so as to maintain sufficient accountability to colleagues and clients is required

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
  • At least 3 certifications with one of the must have on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated):



  • Salesforce Developer 1
  • Salesforce Developer 2
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Experience (community) Cloud
  • Sales Cloud consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
  • Salesforce Application Architect Must Have
  • Salesforce System Architect Must Have

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients
