Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed.

Min 10 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)

Applicant must have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder Experience:

Have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API [ Tooling API , Metadata API, Canvas , Rest/ SOAP API ,Bulk API etc.,] Have hands-on experience in developing and architecting enterprise applications on Java / J2EE platform Strong Problem Solving and communication skills SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, other Must have been part of publishing at least 1 app on AppExchange and understanding of App Exchange security review requirements In-depth knowledge and experience in developing Salesforce1 Mobile solutions (Apps).

direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM or salesforce platform applications. Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach. Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas: Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits) Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions Salesforce.com Certifications (Sales cloud/Service cloud) Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) Supervisory experience Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
