Job Summary
Job Description
As a Salesforce Migration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our branches across Canada with their transition from the ClientView CRM tool to Salesforce. This position involves meeting with branch teams to facilitate their adaptation to Salesforce, providing light training, support, and triage issues as they are identified.
What will you do?
- Assist branches nationwide post-transition from ClientView to Salesforce.
- Conduct meetings with branch teams to guide them through Salesforce data and address specific needs.
- Utilize a provided support "playbook" to answer common questions and route more complex inquiries to the appropriate channels.
- Assist users in Salesforce to effectively assist with the setup of templates, reports, and personalized views.
- Offer phone and email support to teams with Salesforce issues and inquiries.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication to assist branch teams in understanding the new tool and provide support on the tool.
- Problem Solving – Ability to triage support needs, answer questions using the support playbook, and escalate when necessary.
- Digital Literacy – Ability to effectively find, evaluate, use, share and create using digital technologies.
- Learning Agility – Ability and willingness to learn from experiences and adapt those lessons to new or challenging situations.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Knowledge – Knowledge of Salesforce, how the tool operates and how to manipulate data within the tool.
- Data Analysis/Reporting – Familiarity with creating, customizing, and working with reporting and data.
- Technical Troubleshooting – The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Please note:
In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
