On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.
Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

Your daily life;
As a key member of the team, you are responsible for developing and growing sales related to Eddyfi Technologies products, probes, hardware maintenance plan, software subscriptions, licenses, calibration, and other accessories as defined in the sales management process. The position is based in the Eddyfi office and requires no traveling unless approved by VP/Manager. This role is a sales position with focus on driving revenue and growth in the territory. Any customer service request will be transferred to the customer service department for resolution.

In this role you will:
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives;
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific sales and business development plan with the collaboration of the Sales Vice-President;
  • Market analysis and campaign generation and deployment with help of marketing team;
  • Monitor number of leads in territory and proposed set of actions to meet sales target;
  • Respond to Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads in a timely manner;
  • Understand customer businesses, investigate, and uncover problems to solve with respective Eddyfi’s solutions;
  • Generate quotes via Salesforce & coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation for their specific territory;
  • Contribute to maintain and develop the opportunity pipeline in accordance with Eddyfi Sales process;
  • Maintain the CRM data integrity with constant updating of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports;
  • Monitor certain websites (eg government entities) to identify RFPs and coordinate responses;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Perform the 90 days after sales routine call (follow-up, customer success, upselling).
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of proven success in an internal sales position or equivalent;
  • Expertise in selling high-tech equipment and software B2B solutions with long and complex sales cycles;
  • Ability to work with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Advanced English speaking and writing. Additional language is optional, but a great asset especially for French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish;
  • NDT expertise is desirable.
