Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Salesforce Developer/Administrator who can handle both development and advanced administrative tasks within our Salesforce Orgs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Service/Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Data Loaders, Apex, asynchronous processing, and Copado.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality solutions on Salesforce platform.
• Perform advanced administrative tasks ensuring optimal functionality of Salesforce Orgs.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications and architecture.
• Use Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user interfaces.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex flows and automation processes.
• Perform data management tasks using Data Loaders and other tools.
• Implement and manage integration processes through Apex and async processing.
• Utilize Copado for continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver excellent solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator.
• Excellent understanding of Service/Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Data Loaders, Apex, and async processing.
• Experience with Copado or similar deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, etc.).
