As Global Product Owner, CRM & Content Automation, this position report to the Global Content & Channel Director and will be responsible for leading the strategic development of a CRM and Content Automation Solutions. The Global Product Owner of CRM and Content Automation will provide expertise, vision, and leadership to define and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Automation Solutions to build a long-term customer experience with our Brand. Provide strategic direction for tools and technology to support the implementation and execution of the customer relationship and Content automation campaigns strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible as a Global Product Owner for FreeStyle Libre (FSL) CRM & Content Automation to provide a standardized CX across the channels
  • Translate roadmap and vision into actionable tasks
  • Visionary, analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Proven track record of excelling under a fast-paced environment and being able to manage among various stakeholders cross-functionally, internally and externally, as well as, high performing operations
  • Ensure integration with all the Channel Solutions available and alignment with the overall brand strategy
  • Partner with internal and external resources to support company, division, and brand goals and maximize margin on tactical needs
  • Identify Customer lifecycles and partnering with GMI to develop key customer segments
  • Develop an automated process for reporting CRM and Content Automation campaigns
  • Provide learnings and insights to keep improving the CX
  • Partnering with IT to develop and implement technology roadmap suited to support the needs of the business regarding data/address hygiene, and data base analytics
  • Collaborate with direct team to audit, develop, establish, and maintain appropriate controls and processes to ensure proper levels od data/address hygiene
  • Provide ongoing innovative solutions for business improvements, issues and needs.
  • create an operating environment and establish performance standards that results in industry-leading customer relationship and content automation solutions in a “test and learn” culture

Qualifications & Skills:

  • +8 years of experience in CRM/ Content Automation Solutions, sigital marketing or similar role
  • B.A. or B.S. degree ni Marketing, or related field required: MBA preferred
  • Experienced in develop and execute CRM & Content Automation Solutions
  • Management and database operations with positions of increasing responsibilities
  • Strategically and analytical capable to match day-day execution requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence with people outside your immediate team
  • Ability to craft business cases to influence and advocate with different cross-functional partners
  • Deep expertise and knowledge of CRM & Content Automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe, SalesForce, Selligent)
  • Proven track record leading successful team and projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and non-traditional work hours.

The base pay for this position is $144,100.00 – $288,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
