Job Description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer will help implement new marketing initiatives, collaborate on new technical and optimization strategies, and support the technical facilitation of marketing efforts. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and much more. You will be working within a team of developers and business stakeholders to implement and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud and API-driven applications.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and support existing instances of the Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Work with a RESTful APIs to move data between custom databases, CRM platforms and the Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Read and understand business requirement documents to facilitate the creation of an appropriate functionality requirements document.
- Ensure that solutions meet both business requirements and technical requirements, including performance, maintainability, and stability.
- Develop Visualforce Pages to include extra functionality and write Apex Classes to provide functionality to the visual pages.
- Design, Develop & deploy various APEX Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Visualforce pages & also various Schedule, Batch and Future, Apex classes to implement custom functionalities.
- Implement Web to Case, Email to Case functionalities to provide a better customer support to the customers.
- Contribute to the development of institutional knowledge of Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with BAs, Developers, Admins, and Architects to support the design and building of scalable solutions.
- Develop Assignment rules, Escalation rules to enable proper routing of cases to the case team members.
- Create technical documentation.
Qualifications
Let's Talk About You:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with SSJS, AmpScript, Journey Builder, Automation studio and Cloud pages
- Experience with design and development of relational databases
- Experience working with web services and RESTful APIs
- Excellent understanding of the full software development life-cycle
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Brand Ambassador for promoting continuous technical improvements and innovations
- Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
