Our real estate supply chain client is looking for a Salesforce UX/UI Lead to help them work through their next transformation in Salesforce. This is a long term role - the team is estimating around 1-2 years. You will join the team at the inception point of the project.

This role is REMOTE. There will be occasional travel required to attend Summits (infrequent throughout year).

In order to qualify for this role, you will have worked within Salesforce and you have a strong understanding of it's limitations and capabilities. *PLEASE DETAIL YOUR EXPERIENCE IN YOUR RESPONSE.*

Salesforce UX/UI Lead Responsibilities:

Extend UX/UI Design for additional user groups in Salesforce: leasing, leasing admin, billing, property managers, marketing, legal

Attend Salesforce transformation meetings; act as practice lead for UI/UX, in collaboration with leads across Digital/Customer/Channel, Implementation and Tech

From transformation meetings, create UX/UI project plan

Design wireframes and mock ups in Figma; other designing in Adobe Creative Suite

Delegate design execution to other members on UX/UI Design team; quality checking their work along the way

Salesforce UX/UI Lead Requirements:

Experience designing UX/UI in Salesforce

Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience leading a team through extending Salesforce for additional user groups (includes report modules, dashboards, tasks, etc.)
