Job Description


We’re currently looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join Legal and General Retail

As Salesforce Administrator you’ll lead the ongoing improvement of our salesforce.com, Alteryx and RStudio deployments, working closely with functional leaders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes through the customisation of the application. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part application analyst

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce, Alteryx and RStudio applications
  • To serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users, ensuring individuals have access to this cloud solution which drives commercial opportunities
  • To handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows and other routine tasks. Ensuring that data is accurate, reports are produced, and new users are added for the efficient use of the system
  • To complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. These activities will mean that our business can use the latest and supported service and ensuring the safe a secure management of our data and mitigating any loss of important detail or data
  • To Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations; keeping the information up to date and relevant, ensuring that the sales teams can carry out their activity
  • To work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements. Ensuring a clear understanding of requests in order to maximise collaborative delivery
  • Treating Customers Fairly – Ensure that our application estate has core values embedded around ensuring value is provided fairly to all of our customers

Qualifications


Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201C or ADX201) certified (or achieved within 12 months)
  • Experience of Sales Cloud, both classic and lightning versions, is essential
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Demonstrates logical and lateral thinking considering all angles in their decision making
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
