The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce.com platform. The administrator solves critical business problems in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, page layouts, dashboards and reports, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, application configurations and continual modifications and help related materials
- Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems; provide solutions
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and resolve user requests
- Manage operational requests such as creating rules around workflow, validation, fields, advanced formulas, custom objects, flows, etc.
- Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests
- Participate in and serve as a resource for any Salesforce related projects
- Partner with management to select and implement new Salesforce related technology solutions, including training and support
- Implement and ensure compliance with industry rules and standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equitable experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com ( Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) in a B2B business
- Working knowledge of SQL, Apex classes and triggers, visualforce, api
The annual base salary for this position ranges from £35,200 - £52,900. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
