The role
This is a varied and dynamic role that will require you to have strong experience of the Salesforce product and demonstrable hands-on experience in the administration and maintenance of it. You will also need to have significant experience of implementing Salesforce configuration changes including: Experience Cloud, flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
You’ll be dealing with technical support requests from a wide range of internal staff so will need the knowledge and interpersonal skills to gather their requirements, develop and then implement the most fit for purpose Salesforce solution.
You’ll also lead on the training and development of staff at all levels on Salesforce to continually upskill them, so a confident way of working and approachable attitude is important.
