Responsibilities
Analysis of existing data structure in various business systems and develop and design architecture for enterprise and cloud-based applications with the suite of Salesforce products and other third-party technologies.
Builds and monitors a technical roadmap for a digital experience and transformation of previous data structure into a modern CRM and engagement platform. Collaborates and understands the broad system environment and plans for evolutionary path toward modern technologies.
Provides support and maintenance to assigned applications on the CRM and Engagement Technology platform. Participates in testing of the applications and enhancements of the CRM platform.
Contributes to improvements and enhancements of CRM applications and will assist with clients to help empathize with delivering solutions and support to application development during early rollout of new system.
Performs duties in compliance with ITS policies, guidelines, and processes. Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with ITS standards.
