Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Manager in the Technology group you will:

• Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
• Support engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance
• Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
• Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
• Manage engagement risk
• Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support

Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses' operations, processes, and performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity
• Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
• Drive design sessions with client to understand the needs and objectives of the processes that are to be implemented
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or government consulting experience
• Prior Salesforce implementation experience
• Salesforce knowledge and experience, such as: Salesforce user experience design/Salesforce platform developer
• Coordinate and align functionalities to be implemented
• Gather requirements and document the design.
• Lead the team through development and testing phases related to specific modules.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000.00 to 180,000.00.
