Senior Software Developer - CRM - Salesforce On behalf of our client in the Government Services Sector, Procom is looking for a Senior Software Developer - CRM - Salesforce Senior Software Developer - CRM - Salesforce – Job Description

The Sr. Software Developer – CRM will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing Salesforce environment
The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above
Create, test, and implement HTML VisualForce pages to support program intake
Research and design options for client service solutions related to HWI programming and Salesforce tracking
Complete Salesforce portal development including design, testing, and deployment planning
Support the review and improvement of permission sets and visibility rules
The Candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the team before end of engagement
The Candidate must provide design and development related documentations as part of Knowledge transfer protocol
Project development demo and walkthrough to team will be required before end of agreement

Senior Software Developer - CRM - Salesforce – Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Administrator Certification
Intermediate level of coding experience required
4-6 years' experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)
Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs
Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms

Senior Software Developer - CRM - Salesforce – Preferred Skills

Experience building VisualForce pages
Experience with Salesforce integration tools
Experience using Experience Cloud builder
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
