Job Purpose:
Reporting to Executive Managing Director, Global Head Capital Raising with a dotted line to our Global Head, Credit Risk & Underwriting, the Salesforce & nCino Administrator is pivotal in managing and maintaining Trez’s Salesforce and nCino applications. These applications help stakeholders manage projects, campaigns, business relationships, partners, and contacts and manage loans from origination, through underwriting, approval and funding through to repayment.

$65,725 - $87,460, with a midpoint of $75,350 annually, commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.

These applications help stakeholders manage projects, campaigns, business relationships, partners, and contacts and manage loans from origination, through underwriting, approval and funding through to repayment.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Develop and sustain a deep understanding of Trez’s Salesforce (relationship management) and nCino (loan management) applications.
- Administer and perform routine maintenance on Trez’s Salesforce and nCino platforms.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues promptly.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to enhance data quality, process integrity, and productivity under leadership guidance.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity through audits and diagnosis of data issues.
- Perform bulk data imports following established protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new product/application updates.
- Participate in application testing of new nCino releases and internal changes.
- Update basic application configurations, such as validation rules, workflow rules, f/x and index rates, and approval processes.
- Manage nCino support cases, including researching issues and coordinating with nCino’s support team for resolution.
- Reassign accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes or during absences.
- Monitor user adoption rates and provide support as needed.
- Develop and deliver training plans, materials, and documentation for users, ensuring resources are current and training sessions for new users are conducted regularly.
- Recommend best practices based on user interactions.

- Completes other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise IT or technical role.
- Strong technical background with robust project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental interactions and external stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple assignments, support various strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic who can work independently.
