What you’ll do at Elekta
At Elekta, we don’t just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer. In this position as Senior Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical leadership, management and hands-on development within the IT Solutions domain for Elekta, primarily supporting the Global Order Fulfilment organisation.
In this role you will work jointly with our business partners and the wider IT organisation to deliver projects and business solution enhancements, including managing internal and external development resources when required, selecting the most appropriate methods to implement requirements in the system and supporting the change from requirements to delivery.
This is both a business facing and technical role, covering development and support of Elekta’s Salesforce environment and supporting applications and technologies (Certinia PSA and Prontoforms).
Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the Senior Salesforce Developer will also take on responsibilities such as:
- Act as a technical expert for user support issues escalated from the helpdesk.
- Follow change tracking and management procedures that are in place.
- Consult and involve other IT functions to successfully develop, deploy and support digital roadmaps.
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and give advice based on findings.
- Support IT solutions roll-out and user adoption in regional organizations and business functions.
- Develop and communicate training and documentation for the support organization and end users.
- Improve product performance based on feedback from business functions, user groups, service reports and regular product meetings within the IT organization.
What you bring
- A University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing business processes and solution design.
- Experience in the implementation and integration of applications.
- Proven hands-on experience in solution analysis and design.
