You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document requirements and contribute to solution designs.

What you’ll be doing
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will focus on optimising data flows, redefining the data model, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Your work will identify areas for improvement, enabling you to design and implement solutions that enhance data quality, usability, and reporting. You'll monitor and refine Salesforce systems, ensuring they adapt to evolving business needs. By staying current with Salesforce updates, training users, and supporting change management, you'll help make Salesforce solutions scalable, flexible, and aligned with business goals, turning Salesforce into a strategic asset for growth and transformation.
